1.At least vocational certificate preferring bachelor- s degree in any field
2.At least 2-years experience in beverage services
3.Good knowledge of beverage and wine
4.Good in inter-personality, leadership, and creative skill
5.English communication skill and understanding of Micros system
1.Set up bar-unlocking liquor, icing, glassware, juices and garnishes set-up.
2.Keep service bar at optimum level of service for our customers.
3.Inform customers about the day- s specials.
4.Involve in wine service and be able to present and serve wine to customers when necessary.
5.Assist waiter/waitresses to serve customers when necessary.
6.Ensure highest possible hygiene standard.
7. Take care of own working area, such as mopping floors, clear cans and general sanitation to include speed rails, counters, melting ice in bins, and wiping all stainless.
